Course Objective:

As a result of this class, you will develop the motivation and understanding to:
1. Align the church’s culture with God’s vision and passion.
2. Establish an ongoing process of spiritual and structural renewal.
3. Build people and ministry teams around their gifts.
4. Have a clear understanding of your spiritual gifts, your passions, temperament, preferred leadership profile, etc., and their impact in the context of team ministry.
5. Create ministries that are effective and relevant in reaching the community.
6. Establish structures that multiply and are self-sustaining.
7. Develop a strategic plan to implement evangelistic ministries in every aspect of the life of the church.
