Course Objective:
|
1. Provide students with the ability to interpret and practice their seminary education in the daily ministry common to contemporary religious or non-profit organizations.
2. Provide students with the ability to articulate an understanding of leadership in ministry that is biblically, theologically, and ethically coherent.
3. Help students identify and develop leadership competencies for ministry.
4. Help students understand the impact of culture and social location on leadership understanding and practice.
5. Prepare students for leadership in today’s changing church.
6. Distinguish between leadership and administration.
7. Help students build effective administrative skills.
