Course Objective:


Building on a biblical understanding of God’s love for His lost creation, His desire to involve people in the plan of redemption and His unique empowering of each individual, this course will look at the elements necessary to help a church equip, develop, sustain and release God’s people for evangelistic ministries. The course will cover the following areas:
 
1. Discovering a clear vision for mission based on God’s unique calling.
2. Understanding God’s purpose for your life.
3. Building gift-based evangelistic ministry teams.
4. Developing people to succeed.
5. Establishing the structures and systems to call, sustain and release people so they can reach their full God given potential.
