2004 InMinistry Cohort:

Our 2004 cohort has entered the InMinistry program with surprising energy and enthusiasm.  They tie the '01 cohort as far as numbers are concerned (9).  We are thrilled this cohort includes two women, two African-Americans, with three being in hospital chaplaincy preparation.  One unique factor about this cohort is that only the chaplains graduated from college this year.  The rest came into the program from active pastoral ministry, with one following in the footsteps of his son who is a member of the  the '03 cohort! 

The '04 cohort received their Bachelor degrees from  Andrews University, La Sierra University, Northern Caribbean University, Oakwood College, Pacific Union College, Southern Adventist University, and Walla Walla College.  Employers include Adventist Health Systems/Florida Hospital, Greater New York Conference, Pennsylvania Conference and the Southern California Conference.

The '04 Cohort comes from 5 conferences in 4 unions plus the Florida Hospital:
