Course Objective:

A. Learn the basic approaches to the to the interpretation of the Pentateuch by the modern scholarship.

B. Explore traditional ways of the learning of the Torah during the time of Jesus.

C. Develop principles for preaching from the different sections of the Pentateuch.

D. Analyze selected difficult passages and learn their practical value and ethical application in the life of Contemporary Seventh-day Adventist

E. Learn about different tools and commentaries that can be helpful for the pastor in the future
